As you know, the cost of living increases every year. It’s just the nature of life, things increase in cost as time rolls on.
With that being said, Phil Holden has announced that with the increased costs of maintenance, the hourly rate in N4785N (C182Q) will be increasing from $67 to $77 per tach hour dry on March 1st, 2020.
The board was notified at the end of January and the motion to increase was ratified.
